Minigarden was conceived by the creative spirit of Manuel Rodrigues, a Portuguese father and grandfather who was born in the countryside but that early on had to leave his hometown to grow up in the big city. After a life spent in property development, and without ever having forgotten about his passion for gardening, he decided to apply his knowledge on the development of a system that allows people to get closer to plants in urban environments, in an easier and more convenient way than with current systems and with the intelligent design and technology to offer solutions that can turn anyone into an expert gardener. His children António and Isabel quickly followed their father’s footsteps and together they formed QuizCamp, a family-run company that employs the most modern processes to develop the Minigarden® brand and to make this Urban Green Revolution reach every corner of the planet.

De Minigarden

Het stadsleven verwijdert ons van het plezier om te tuinieren. We leven omringd door beton en het contact met de natuur   wordt beperkt tot tijdens enkele weekends. Ruimte en tijd wordt beperkter en de stadsvoorzieningen doen ons algauw vergeten dat we nauw verbonden zijn aan planten en dat we ze nodig hebben om te leven. Vooral voor ons welzijn en geluk. De Mingarden werd ontworpen om een beetje groen aan ons leven toe te voegen.
